information that we require, including information needed
to run a criminal background check, as required by District
Policy. By filling out this form, you are granting SBISD permission
to run this check.
2. You will be notified by
the Campus/Department Volunteer Liaison when this form has been
processed. This may take 7-10 business days.
3. Please contact a Campus/Department
Volunteer Liaison if you have any questions. Do not call SBISD
Police Department concerning pending background checks.
